Ticket Transfer
You can transfer your ticket to another attendee up to 30 days before the event. Please note the following guidelines:
- Ticket transfers must be completed by October 20, 2025 (30 days before the event)
- The new attendee must create an account on our platform
- A $50 transfer fee applies to all ticket transfers
- VIP ticket benefits are fully transferable to the new attendee
- You will receive confirmation once the transfer is complete

Can I get a refund for my ticket?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee up to 30 days before the event.

Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes, you can upgrade from General Admission to VIP by paying the difference in ticket price. Please contact our support team using the contact form below to process your upgrade.
What happens if the event is canceled?
In the unlikely event that the Crossroads Summit is canceled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
